Whole House Ventilation

Drimaster for Whole House

Positive Input Ventilation

The Drimaster provides whole house ventilation using the Positive input Ventilation principle.

Positive input ventilation within the house assists in the dilution and removal of pollutants as well as a reduction in humidity/condensation (the cause of mould and mildew) which, combined creates a more pleasant environment and relief for asthma and allergy suffers.

The Drimaster provides the most energy efficient, cost effective way of ventilating a home.
· Ventilates every room
· Significantly improves indoor air quality
· Eliminates mould and mildew
· Solar gain benefits
· Fully automatic
· Extremely low power consumption - (on average uses 5 watts of power/hr)
· Whisper quit
· 6 Speed settings to suit individual properties
· System standby mode during summer months
· Very low maintenance requirement(filter replacement ever 5 years)
· 5 Year Mechanical Warranty

Flatmaster for Flats and Apartments

Positive Input Ventilation

The Flatmaster provides whole home ventilation usingt the positive input Ventilation principle.

The concept is to introduce air to the home at a continous low rate, encouraging movement of air from inside to outside.

A single unit situated in a convenient location within the property and associated ductwork will normally be sufficient to continusly dilute, displace and replace the old contamined air in the home with drier, filtered air. The result is a significant contribution towards providing a healthy, condensation dampness free and mould free, energy efficient home.

Sub Floor Ventilation

We provide consultation, design and installation service for sub-floor ventilation solutions.

We design customised sub-floor ventilation systems to solve the problem of inadequate air movement in the sub-floor.

Ground moisture below floors with inadequate ventilation causes the relative humidity to rise. This can be the source of several of several problems. Mould spores that are always present in the air begin to germinate in high humidity. This is the cause of mould and mildew, which can spread inside the house and is normally accompanied by an unpleasant musty odour. Sub-floor moisture can be absorbed by the plaster and brickwork and over time rises upward to cause flaking of paintwork and powdering of plaster. Excess moisture below the floor is often absorbed by the untreated lower surface of the timber floors causing the boards to swell which leads to "cupping". in severe cases it leads to rotting to timber floorboard and bearers. Also termites, woodborer and cockroaches thrive in the dam, dark conditions. Mechanical ventilation solves these problems.

Bathroom Ventilation

Genie/Opus Bathroom and Toilet Extract Fans

Conventional extract fans are reactive. In other words they only operate when they are switched on. This reactive operation  results in ineffective humidity, mould and odour control.

The Genie is the better choice for humidity, mould and odour control as the unit is designed to operate in a continuously low speed mode when not operating in high speed

The Genie range is available with a number of operating options and are suitable for recessed, semi-recessed, surface mounting or window mounting options.
